I was just coming from a bad experience with another realtor at an open house and I had a lot of concern with buying a house after buying a house in August of 2008. To say I was very cautious and hesitant is an understatement. Laura spent 30 minutes on the phone with me and my husband making us feel very comfortable and I could tell right away she would take care of us. For a year she sent us different houses and would check in through email or a phone call. In May we found what we thought was our dream house but it went off the market in 24 hours before we could get pre-approved. Laura immediately took care of us told us everything for a reason and our house was still out there. She put together a very focused house search and we were at an open house in just 3 days. Nothing seemed quite right so Laura had us explain exactly what our wish list was and she said she would find us our forever home. The very next day a house came on the market that checked a lot of our boxes. We were at a school fundraiser so Laura went over to view the house and if she felt it was THE house she would call us so we didnt leave the kids school party for no reason. We got the call from Laura and headed right over. From the moment we stepped into the house we knew it was our forever home there was no doubt in our mind. She found a house that checked all of our boxes!!! We made an offer within 15 minutes of stepping foot in the house. Laura walked us through every step of the home buying process which was quite different from 2008. She was always checking in on us to make sure we were doing okay with all the paperwork. She was so accommodating and would meet us at the house to look at tile samples. On the day of the inspections it was like clockwork, Laura had everything organized and I was able to meet all the inspectors at one time. Our kids are so happy in our forever home they finally have their own bedrooms and an amazing backyard to play. We have already started making new memories and traditions and it is all thanks to Laura. It was such a lovely experience throughout the whole process. She was very organized and responsive to our questions. She researched each of the considered properties and presented the advantages and disadvantages of each.
